The Commander Series 501 helm unit and 511Bullhorn cylinder feature economic designs while maintaining HyDrive’s pedigree of quality and performance. The Commander Series is designed to offer a budget range of hydraulic steering to leisure boat users and the Commander-Pro Series for commercial installation.

E-Series Integrated Electronic Steering
The full E-Series integrated systems are designed for use on new HyDrive electro-hydraulic power steering systems on large super yachts and commercial vessels.
E-Series Electronic Steering
The Commander Series of electronic steering is designed for use on medium sized cruisers using either existing power steering or new DC or engine-driven systems. The HyDrive E-Series Commander system provides a very simple and reliable electronic steering system which can be fitted to either new boats, or to boats already fitted with power-assisted steering systems.
